The Central Florida Chapter encompasses the greater Central Florida area, which includes Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Brevard, Polk, Volusia and Sumter Counties. The Chapter’s membership has a wide array of members including wastewater system operators, regulatory agency staff, engineers, manufacturers, suppliers, educators, students and more. The Central Florida Chapter works closely with the student chapter at the University of Central Florida to provide mentoring, educational opportunities, and community connection. The Central Florida Chapter embodies the mission and goals of FWEA through events such as: 

• Technical seminars presented by local leaders on a variety of topics
• Joint events with FSAWWA Region III, Engineers Without Borders, ASCE, and more
• Networking happy hours and community events
• Community outreach and service events
• Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament
• And so much more
