Meet your Hosts

Mike Sweeney and Megan Nelson are seasoned water professionals with a combined experience of over 60 years. Mike spent more than 13 years with Toho Water Authority before founding his own consultancy firm. He is also the Executive Director of the Florida Water Environment Association (FWEA). Megan is a senior engineer with Orange County Utilities and serves as the Secretary/Treasurer for FWEA. Both are passionate about listening, learning, and leading conversations on water issues, and they are excited to engage with you in these important discussions.
