Manasota Chapter

The main focus of the Manasota chapter is to better serve FWEA members located in Manatee, Sarasota, DeSoto, Hardee, and Highland Counties by holding quarterly meetings on topics geared toward enhancing professional development of its members.  Reaching out to students and the community in the area is also one of the chapter's primary focuses.

Our events include:

  • Annual Sporting Clay Event benefiting Engineers without Borders and FWEA Scholarship Fund (Norm Casey)
  • Quarterly Luncheons
  • Joint Young Professional Outreach Events with AWWA.
  • Summer Member Appreciation Social
  • Annual Winter Social with FWEA, AWWA, ASCE, APWA and FES
  • Discover e-Week Awards Banquet
