2025 FWRC Meeting Requests

For the 2025 conference, we have automated the collection of all the details for the meetings. Please see the quicklinks on the home page of www.fwrc.org to see ‘book a meeting’. Then, complete the form for each meeting you need at the 2025 conference. We ultimately are organizing the following details:
- Preferred day and time
- Name of Meeting
- Estimated number of people
- Room set-up preferences
- AV requirements, if any
- Food and Beverage requirements, if any (see pdf of food and bev options attached.)
Please complete your requests no later than February 18, 2025 as we must have a master list of food/bev, av and room set up to hotel by March 1st.
Also, we have expanded the staff to manage the conference. Our new FWRC Manager, Melissa Miller, will be organizing the master meeting schedule. Please look for follow-up and/or additional questions from her at Melissa@fwrc.org.
Additional note from FWEA: If you plan to have food/beverages available during your FWRC Meeting, it should be paid out of the committee's budget.
