The Southeast Chapter of FWEA serves the metropolitan areas of Broward and Palm Beach County. We are actively looking for chapter officers who are interested in engaging in FWEA.
Our foremost mission is to provide professional and technical educational opportunities to members in the Southeast Florida area through meetings and seminars. These events provide a forum for professional networking and shared interests.
Who are our members? - Our membership is diverse including operators, engineers, and administrators of large to small scale municipalities and private utility companies, as well as representatives from consulting engineering firms and utility equipment sales and service companies.

The FWEA Southeast Chapter conducts quarterly chapter meetings in March, May, August, and November. These meetings are usually held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at a venue in the geographical center of the chapter (usually Deerfield Beach).. The March, August, and November meetings include dinner, a technical presentation, and a networking event prior to dinner.
